At the work bees we do anything from cleaning manure, filling gravel, installing posts, cutting branches and brush, to restoring and developing trails. Participation is voluntary. One free night camping is provided at the Waterloo Horse Campground for a minimum of four hours work. In addition, the WHA provides the afternoon meal. If you bring your own equipment like tractors, bobcats, etc. or materials, a portion or all of your expenses are tax deductible from your income tax. Ask your accountant for advice.

Please remember Park your rig, register and pay the camping fee at the post immediately upon arrival if you plan to stay overnight. Also, please remember that a vehicle permit is required in all State Parks. Before you leave, please pile the manure at the roadside. This makes it more pleasant when you or your friends return next time and it is easier for us to collect the manure.
